We ship anywhere in Canada absolutely free. We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat fee of $20 (the customer is responsible for any and all additional applicable taxes, freight and other duties incurred). Because your custom artwork is printed to your specifications, expect delivery approximately 2-3 weeks after you place your order. If you have any special timing requirements, please contact us directly.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Not sure about the purchase you just made? No problem! Simply cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase for a full refund. And, If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your artwork and we will be pleased to provide you with an exchange or refund.

5-YEAR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE POLICY

We guarantee the quality of our prints outdoors for 5 years. If you are not satisfied with your print over 5 years from the date of your initial order, we will replace your original print at no charge.
